When booking any service or appointment with Celestial Retreat, you are acknowledging that you accept these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all our clients, whether the booking is made online, by phone, or in person.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the service cost, as we allocate time and resources specifically for your appointment.
3. Service Policy
Our services are designed to enhance your well-being. We ask all clients to communicate any specific health conditions, allergies, or preferences before the appointment. This helps us tailor our treatments to your needs and ensure a relaxing experience.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For online bookings, you may be required to place a deposit to secure your appointment.
5. Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we may still accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may need to adjust your service time or reschedule your appointment.
6. Personal Belongings
While we take utmost care to provide a secure environment, Celestial Retreat cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuable belongings with you at all times.
7. Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. If you have any contagious conditions or illnesses, please inform us prior to your visit, as certain treatments may need to be postponed for your well-being and that of our staff.
8. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and packages purchased at Celestial Retreat are non-refundable and must be used within the designated period. Please present the gift card at the time of payment. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used beyond their expiration date.
9. Changes to Services and Prices
At Celestial Retreat, we are constantly updating our services and pricing to provide the best experience. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service or price at any time, without prior notice. However, we will honor the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
10. Liability
While we strive to deliver an exceptional experience, Celestial Retreat is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments provided. Clients are responsible for informing staff of any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We only collect personal data necessary for providing our services and will not share this information with third parties unless required by law.
